David Merino

I am a Professor at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) and a Visiting Researcher at the Institute of Photonic Sciences. At UOC Iam a member of theComputer Vision group at UOC eHealth Research Center.
My research intests are related to biomedical imaging, and its applications in ophthalmology. I have been a researcher at University of California, Berkeley, University of California, San Francisco and the Institute of Photonic Sciences, where I have worked in the design and implementation of different types of image acquisition techniques. I have also been a visiting professor at the Center for Innovation in Vision and Optics, at UC Berkeley.
